Do NOT recommend!! I ordered some flowers for my 85 yr old mum for Mother's Day. They were to be the same as the image online. What she received was nothing like the pic. The colours were correct and there were roses. The roses petals were brown on the edges! I understand you have to use flowers in season but the arrangement didn't even look like it was done by a professional! I could have done better. The delivery was only around the corner but will order else where next time. . So disappointed! POST REVIEW: The florist replied to my complaint email apologising and offered to send a fresh flower arrangement to my mum accompanied by an apology note to her. Which they did and the arrangement was how it should have been originally. Kudos to Bella Flora for redemption.

Very disappointed ..I ordered on a Friday and they were like the left over stock from the week all a bit exhausted flowers by Saturday....absolutely nothing like what I was indicated that would be sent..The dull small roses ( I wanted bright carnations) were starting to brown on the top. The bunch looked suitable for a funeral...not a birth.
