Very thankful for Jack's professionalism and customer service focus. Jack opened his store on the June long weekend and helped with the purchase of a replacement pump. The pump was for a major Scout Campsite which had an unexpected equipment failure during the event that put our water reserves at risk. With over 1000 participants on site, water is an essential service, waiting until the business week was not an option. Jack's assistance allowed us to drop by and pick up a replacement pump and get our site fully operational again within a couple of hours and we didn't need to rely on our contingencies & emergency management plans.
Mitchell Irrigation Supplies all our Irrigation at Bloom Into You Flower Farm. As a recently new start up project, our Flower Farm reqiured complete end to end Irrigation products and solutions. Jack has brilliant product knowledge and contacts, his advice on products have saved us money and countless hours with correct product fit. This is the second pump that we have bought from Jack at Mitchell Irrigation. Initially, we had concerns about the type of pump required for the type of application we desired. Jack was wonderful to deal with and his knowledge quickly put those concerns to rest.
