They caused several faults on my vehicle and are not calling me back. One of the worst service providers I have the unfortunate opportunity to work with. NRMA, find a new windshield company and start supporting your customers better. Fed up!

Terrible service! I ill not go back there at all and I recomnend you not to go either. A little history, I took my Nissan Qashqai there to replace the moon roof and the wind screen. They did install my wind screen but they did not put back the mould around it and also the rain sensor stopped working. Went back told them they said no that is new glasses and that they are different and they do not need mould. I wend to my Nissan dealer and they told me that is not true. Went back they accepted finally after so many times calling . It took them 2 month to order also my moon roof. One day called them after 2 month asked about the moon roof, the lady there told me let me call the supplier and then called me back said next week will be here which I bet they totally forgot. Anyway took my car back and they said they got the mould as well and that will take them 1 day. I accepted arranged another car , that was 3 days ago still My car is not ready, called them 10 times they are saying apparently they ordered the wrong mould. They simply do not care about anything neither about reviews nor about complains. Do no go to this shop ever ever!

My car was damaged while they were replacing glass in December. After the initial complaint was made i have tried contacting them 5 times. My emails have been ignored, i have been hung up on, lied to and put on hold and transferred for extended periods of time. It has been over a month now i cannot get an answer out of anyone. this service is disgusting, i recommend finding a new windscreen repairer.

I’ve been here twice for a very large windshield for a van.Reception is welcoming and make you feel valued. Place is spotless even the busy workshop. Very proficient at what they do. Highly recommend

Worst experience ever! They booked me in to have my windscreen replaced with their full knowledge of the details of my car and they even requested a picture of my windscreen to identify the exact style. They couldn't do the job at all! The entire day was a complete waste of time. Lack of communications within the staff members. Not "instant" at all! Take your elsewhere

Most businesses would have some pride in what they do no matter the time or the urgency in which a job is brought in not this one. Instant windscreens at first seemed like a trustworthy business but if I were someone looking to get my windscreen or windows replaced or repaired I would avoid this business. Came in for two driver side windows to be replaced after mine had been smashed to bits after an attempted theft and after my windows were replaced my tints didn't match, there was still bits of glass everywhere including inside both door panels so you would hear glass rattle when you closed the doors. To top it all off, they didn't even bother fitting my driver door panel back on properly so I was unable to open the door from the inside. Long story short do your research and avoid Instant windscreens and go for someone more trusted and reputable.
