This is such a great place to go to for all your bike servicing. The staff are very knowledgeable. They have a good range of clothing and bike gear there also. I truly recommend going here instead of the bigger outlets. They've always managed to squeeze me in, when unexpected events occur with my bike. Give them a shot. If they haven't got it, it can be ordered through for you.

Well, I had a rear tyre replaced. After, which, I noticed it wasn’t balanced. Over 80km/h the bike shook. I took it back, and the service was poor. I got the impression no one had any idea how to fix it. But it was eventually balanced, and I could ride at highway speed once again. But the service was dodgy! All I had done was an oil change. On a Yamaha XVS1100, its a bit fidly getting the oil filter out. One has to take the front exhaust header off to get to the filter. I did my last oil change, and found their mechanic took out my exhaust stud, and replaced it the same way. The nut was seized onto the stud (see image). So the mechanic used it as a bolt! He could’ve done the right thing and replaced the stud and nut! Needless to say, I won’t be going back. I just don’t trust them. Surely there are others this “mechanic” did shoddy work for? For those that rate this workshop 5 stars, check they do what they say they do! I may be writing this after they got rid of the short mechanic, mid to late 50s..... and judging by another review, this guy might be the owner! I just don’t know, but once bitten, twice shy.
Was in the store when a customer was getting a tyre he supplied fitted to his motorcycle, while attempting to fit the supplied tyre, the worker allegedly irrepairably damaged the tyre and also damaged the customer's inner tube forcing him to purchase a second hand tyre and another inner tube. When the customer enquired about being reimbursed for his damaged item the employee raised his voice and swore at the customer refusing any interest in any reimbursement. While chatting with the customer I learnt that he had to cancel other work lined with this company as the extra expense cleaned him out financially. When cancelling the work the other worker allegedly stated that he didn't mind cancelled work due to a 6 week back log. Gave me serious thoughts about continuing to go there.
