Here is what 60 gets you at Petals of Putney. Was literally told by the owner that that's what you get when you don't spend 100 on a bouquet... You can probably get something nicer at a supermarket. [See owner's response below and expect (somehow) even *more* attitude on the phone toward customers (yes, people trying to buy things from them).]
Walked in this store a few times. Bought flowers before. Beautiful flowers but I have never been greated. Not very friendly wont be returning. Edit - actually I walked into your store multiple times and your staff literally glared. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back another time but the same thing happened. Although your aggressive response has summed up exactly the service you seem to provide.
Ordered flowers over the phone for my wife and her staff members and was meet with expectional service. Given little information or expertations, Wendy designed the perfect arrangement of flowers. Thank you for making it easy.
