Nick and the boys really know their stuff when it comes to any type of flooring They have a great showroom and their work is second to none. There are no hidden agendas or preferences to a particular type of flooring, just great advice which you can rely on. Would recommend their services to anyone that needs work done on their flooring.

As soon as we finished speaking to Nick (the owner) and Scott at the Ultimate Flooring Australia showroom, we felt that we had found the right company. But just to be sure, we did the rounds, looked at a lot of samples and compared quotes. After having had our floorboards installed, we can’t stop feeling relieved that we chose Ultimate Flooring, not only because of their perfectionism but because of their building expertise which became a vital part of the work. Owning an older style apartment on the upper floor, we had no idea what lay under the carpet, or of the terrible state of the sub-floor. But knowing that Nick had a lot of building experience gave us confidence. Nick’s team replaced a considerable part of the sub-floor, levelled it and secured the remaining beams. They adjusted the skirting boards and doors to the new height of the floorboards, and they even moved and added power points - and did a bit of carpentry magic on our front door (thank you Jermaine!). We now feel secure in knowing that our new floor is stable. Not only does our new wooden floor look beautiful, but it feels solid, and is so much quieter than the squeaky, bouncing, uneven floorboards that were under the carpet. We are told by our neighbour below us that it’s remarkably quieter. I must also say that everyone on the team showed a real sense of pride and perfectionism in their craft, and I think that some of their solutions to the levelling issues were genius. I still can’t stop admiring the flow and direction of the boards. All up, we had a fantastic experience, with great communication and an awesome outcome. Thank you so much to everyone involved! Nick was very professional and had great customer service skills.Our floorboards look brand new again.
