Trailers.....never though I could get excited about them. Then we toured the Just Trailers workshop and my life was changed. So much experience and genuine engineering talent. Their products eclipsed the overseas products we’d seen before. First class customer service, Frank & Adrian were a pleasure to deal with and always happy to respond to all my questions. Price was also comparable to the overseas product. If your in the market for a trailer I recommend giving these guys a call.

When you do business with a company you have made a decision to trust that they will do what they promise. Unfortunately, that is not always how it plays out and you end up disappointed. Rarely, you will find a company that not only does what they promised but then exceeds expectations by doing more. Just Trailers is one of those companies that goes beyond what is required and strives to exceed expectations. I have a Nathan Trailer that is about 13 years old and was in need of a refresh. Adrian at Just Trailers gave me good advice about my options to either replace or renovate and I decided to renovate. They sandblasted and resprayed my trailer which was all I asked for, then they went further and offered to fix some other problems that came to light when they were taking it apart. The extras were at a minimal charge and were fully agreed before any work was done. This alone added value to the transaction, then when we collected the trailer we were surprised by all the little things that were done that we didn’t ask for like new mudflaps, new reflectors, the repainted wheels and the blackened tyres. All in all, I now have a trailer that looks brand new for a fraction of the cost of a new trailer. They have won me. If I need any work done to a trailer again, this is where I will go. If I need a new trailer in the future, this is where I will go. If a friend needs a trailer, this is where I will send them. They gave me good advice, quoted me a fair and reasonable price and then exceeded my expectations in the delivery of the service. How often do you experience that level of service in today’s market?
I have been looking around all of Brisbane for my new trailer. It has to fulfill both a work purpose for driver training, working on our house renovations, carry large capacities and be able to handle off road work, so you could say I was very specific about what I wanted. Needed to be the same wheel track as my 4wd, have the ability to have the same wheels and tires as my 4wd. The guys at Just Trailers didn't disappoint and it was delivered sooner then I was told. Super happy with the results and it is so easy to tow.
Great bloke to deal with. Went to pick up trailer for my mate with him. Had a slight hiccup but the bloke work out the issues and we hit the road for home. Great shop set out. Quality materials and workman ship. When my bank account better I going there too. He worked with my mate with the design of trailer got everything sort.
Purchased a special made trailer for business purposes from Frank and Adrian. It is used on a daily basis and travels some kilometres. After a short time it was looking a little worse for wear so Adrian agreed to tidy the trailer up. What a wonderful job, in fact probably better than it was from new. Total respray, service, replaced a couple of chains etc and all at mates rates. Very Happy with your service Adrian and have no hesitation recommending you to all my friends. STOKED!! Couldn’t be happier with the quality of my Box trailer. I wanted to buy Australian and found some true blue aussie professionalism and friendliness from Adrian & Frank. I asked for some small changes to the trailer, which were done without a fuss. The price was competitive and follow up service better than expected. Well Done Lads!!
