This is a company that does their work in a very professional way. They are reliable and clean up after themselves and always polite. Thirty five years ago they installed a TV aerial for us and it finally gave up and two years ago they installed a new aerial. I was having trouble with the TV before christmas and they came promptly. It was not their fault but fixed the problem free of charge. I can recommend their service.

We built an entire house with the expected ups and downs but no major dramas in the scheme of things. Had Palmers come out to install a satellite dish and provide an outlet to the lounge room and all bedrooms in the house and a Vast satellite receiver due to living in a dead spot for local reception. They put the television outlet on the wrong wall in the lounge room even after we provided clear and full proof instructions on where we wanted it. Took weeks to return and rectify the job which was frustrating given we had a child at crawling age and a cable running across our living room floor. Advised them we could not get a decent reception on the TV's in any bedroom and questioned if the signal amplifier they provided in the installation was too weak given we paid a substantial amount of money to be set up. Phone calls and emails over the following months went unanswered and we were ignored to the point we gave up and it ran it's course and we gave up. I even rang and asked to speak with Mick who I assume is the owner and was never rude or abrupt. 6 years later our 3 children have never been able to retire to their own rooms and watch TV. Of all the things that could have gone wrong with building a house from scratch, to this day this is the only thing that has gone wrong for us that has never been fixed and left us angry and disguntled having paid decent money for a poor service.
