I had multiple inquiries regarding instruments and what was in stock. I managed to get in touch with Brent the manager who did his best to help me find the items I wanted all via email. He provided me lots of information and answered all my questions. His responses back to my inquiries were in a timely matter and within the day. I didn't expect such exceptional customer service especially since I've emailed multiple other music stores and many didn't entertain my questions or wasn't thorough with the information they provided. I've seen some other reviews here too that have positive notes attached and I can agree with each one of them. This is a store that I can recommend to friends since they have such great deals and the customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond to help you out. I'll certainly be a returning customer! If any of you reading this review goes and visits the store, I'd recommend asking to speak to the manager, Brent, for all your inquiries and I'm sure you'll be just as satisfied with the customer service as I was. The website said to call and check for stock however I rolled the dice (not a good idea during a pandemic), almost all the things I ordered were out of stock and I am very glad that was the case because it gave me the opportunity to go into the store and meet Brent (who I believe is the owner?) who was extremely helpful and honest. I was just getting back into recording and wanted to take it to the next level and Brent was absolutely amazing in helping me find alternatives and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend anyone needing any equipment to support this business because in terms of passion and love of music these guys are the real deal! Thanks again Brent you're the best!

What day is it?

I’ve dealt with this company a few times. Generally easy to deal with. But my last experience was poor. I purchased a product that was listed as in stock, received no communication for 3 weeks. When I followed it up, they said it was out of stock. There had been a change in ordering systems. Fair enough, mistakes happen. They offered a refund, which I accepted. 7 days later, no refund. I follow it up AGAIN. This time the refund was processed. It this acceptable? I don’t think so. I ordered from another company, and the product arrived 2 days later.

So ordered a mic shock mount I have been trying to find for years. I've ordered one before and it was stolen from my letterbox. I was excited to find an Aus place that had it and ordered with glee! I waited patiently for 2 months, after a couple email chase ups and no replies I finally got a response saying it was not in stock. I guess the universe doesn't want me to have this shock mount, and to never shop here again. haha very disappointed. Update your website, it's really quite easy
