Went to see Dr Vincent to get specific blood tests that were covered under Medicare And confirmed by the pathology nurse. When I came to get the results he said I was meant to pay for them and that he can’t do it again. Then I told him I’m on TRT and have chosen to self administer my shots and to confirm injection area. He said he isn’t supposed to be showing me this and called me weird for wanting to self-administer. Then he told me not to come back to him and go see a different doctor instead. Then he said the nurse doesn’t know what she is talking about and that I should have paid for my results. I called the pathology and they confirmed for me it’s all covered under Medicare. Maybe he’s only ever written doctors certificates. Maybe he got his doctorate from the bottom of a cereal box. Both seem very likely because I’ve never seen a doctor that was so gobsmacked to hear patients self-administer treatment or anyone ask for specific blood results other than the generic request. Please employ a doctor that has a clue and doesn’t judge his patients for treating themselves. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to.

I am only giving 5 stars due to Dr Vincent. If you have a serious concern, avoid Dr Farah!!! Dr Vincent actually asks questions to understand you and prescribe relevant medication(s). Highly recommend this clinic, thank you Dr Vincent

Dr Vincent is very experienced and the best family doctor for us. He got my son cured from cold and flu in few days. We visited other doctors in our local area however our son had same flu symptoms for nearly a month. Highly recommend Vincent

Great practice. After years of being told my symptoms were ‘normal’ by multiple doctors, Dr Vincent took me seriously and got me to a wonderful specialist and I am now diagnosed and know I’m not crazy!!!! Couldn’t recommend more. Ignore the old comments!

You can tell the quality of the Dr and their service by the happy and polite patients ! I just saw them, looked busy today (cold early Saturday morning) but didn't have to wait long in a nice warm reception area with TV The other patients waiting were nice, didn't make waiting a problem, even saying thank you to front desk when they finished seeing Dr which is lovely Blood test lady was very busy though Receptionist was lovely and helpful, Dr had a good sense of humour with an easy smile, he put me at ease straight away ! Will definitely be coming back

Dr Hoang, Nguyen and Vincent are great but Dr Farah is incredibly rude and can barely speak English. Wouldn't recommend seeing her. If not for multiple bad experiences with her than I would have given 5 stars.

The reception Afia is totally incompetent and lied to me. Wasted my time and I didn’t even end up seeing a doctor. No apology either. Someone should teach her how to do her job or she should be replaced. Was so annoyed

Shocking practice. One of the doctors here used Google to diagnose me. Really??? Everyone knows not to use Google. One time I was told to leave and go to the hospital because I was either having a heart attack or stroke. Turns out it was a panic attack. The doctor almost killed me telling me I was gonna have a heart attack or stroke mind you if that's what you think is happening then why would you tell the patient to drive themself to the hospital??? This place is only good for a medical certificate and that's it! The need to go!
