Absolutely fabulous. Repaired my microwave about 15 years ago and it's still going :) Also gave me an invaluable sheet with advice on common reasons my microwave probably broke - I've taken their advice and used a cup of water in the microwave ever since when heating wheat bags. Not sure about Preston, but in North Melbourne they had a drive through pick up and drop off service. Can't recommend them enough. Don't send your microwave to landfill - take it to Microwave Man and get it fixed!
