The 5 star service I have received from the Team both in Melbourne and Brisbane was outstanding. I lodged my repair with Profoto, thinking the next day I would have to chase it up.. I actually woke up to an email from C.R. Kennedy, I then sent my flash express post that day, Friday. They received it Monday and I got a quote on Tuesday, I approved it and I have received a text from the courier that I should receive it today, Wednesday. Excellent to talk to and I can highly recommend them to anyone. They set the bar high in customer service, can't thank you enough!
I have bought three lenses from them in the period of 3 months. The first two times the experience has been very positive. But lately the experience has not been a pleasant one. I bought a lens from then on ebay that cost me around 16xx then with 15% ebay discount reduced the price to 138x, however within 3 days of receiving the lens the price drop by a whooping 270 . I am not happy with the attitude your company showed when I asked if it is possible to partial refund when the lens was reduced to 1359 and with ebay 15% discount the lens went from 1384 I paid to 1155 in 3 days, I was open to discussion on partial refund. It is even more ridiculous when the representative from your company try to tell me that when I am paying 229.50 more for the lens after the lowered price of 1359 and 15% ebay discount that CR Kennedy is not making money. I don't know what I can say, seriously do you think this is honesty ? I don't and after I returned the lens and I had a full refund but I am now barred from buying from your ebay shop . I did not say I am not happy with the products you have on offer but I am not happy with your business practice. I will buy a few more Sigma lenses and it looks like I need to shop elsewhere.
For a photographer, this is the equivalent of a toy store for kids. They have so many things and his service is unparalleled that it has become my preferred supplier. So far I've bought a Canon Pro-1000 printer and some boxes of paper but I'm even considering to buy a Hasselblad back when they are more available. I met them through a photographer friend and everything has been as he said.
100% satisfied! I ordered yesterday and this morning I get a notification that my parcel is coming today, an hour later it has arrived. same happened on my last order a few weeks ago and yet all my other suppliers keep blaming Covid for late deliveries. I think the others should copy CRK's system and use their couriers. I am very impressed "AGAIN" Thank you CRK.
Bought a pair of Vixen Binos many years ago . Had an issue with the eye cups and the rear lense . Spoke to Victor at CR Kennedy. Suggested I drop them off to him. Binos fixed at a reasonable price within 2 weeks . Working well, excellent service. I never knew that Binos need servicing. Thanks Victor .
