Great selection and the prices are usually the best in town. You can get some things like cables and USBs cheaper online but once you factor in shipping it works out the same if not more. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Attitude attitude attitude. If you are over 50 and want this shop here! No customer service whatsoever. Went to buy a charger for my phone was given the wrong one. Another trip to town. No apology whatsoever. Just attitude. Hipsters more interested in talking to friends

I have always found the staff at Jb Hi Port Macquarie friendly helpful and courteous. Nothing seems to be a problem to them there is no pressure at all. The variety of products is extensive. Waiting time for service is acceptable and you don't have to go chasing staff like some other huge retail outlets. This outlet feels more homely
