I loved it at the youth hostel, I stayed with my family and really enjoyed how friendly everyone was and how close the hostel is to all good attractions and beaches. Loved my stay.

This is a really nice and quaint hostel with friendly staff. Being in the quiet town of port fairy there tends not to be so much activity as some of the bigger city hostels and the accomodation is very basic, but it would make a great stop off point for anyone traveling the great ocean road or for a group of friends traveling together.

The location is perfect, the consierge is nice and helpful (he gave us a better room to have everything handy), the kitchen has everything you need, they have plenty of space indoors and outdoors ( very nice beer garden!), the building isn't modern but has been renovated and the place is very clean. Very worth having stayed here!

Amazing place at a very convenient location. Right next to the main town area. It was quiet and very clean. With nice lounge area. Too bad we couldn't spend more time there. I would highly recommend staying for minimum two or more nights.

A decent stay but in the middle of the main attractions so it'll be an hour drive to Portland and Warrnambool. Kitchen was clean and organised and they were an eco place witg plastic recycling and organised rubbish bins.

Fantastic little hostel (the oldest in Australia) cleans tidy. Nice hot showers. We stayed in a private twin bed which was an old barn.
