As motels go, we could not have been more satisfied with this place. I was very impressed with what they provided. There was a sandwich press, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pods for machine, yes, sugar etc, tv, wifi (although intermittent), shampoo, plates, full set of cutlery for 4 people, bucket with cleaning products (earned brownie points with me for this thoughtful addition), good working air conditioner heater, clean beds, extra blankets, clean floor, clean table, clean bathroom, spacious sleeping area (bunk bed, single bed, queen bed), coat rack, reading lamp, table for 4, 5 chairs. Price was very good too. No other amenities on location but we don't use those usually as the main thing for us is the actual unit. Parking was right in front of our unit. There are only 11 units. The fish and chips, Fish Bowl restaurant and other take away are all within a few minutes walk. The beautiful jetty and water views is directly across the road where you can also find Plenty of park benches and seats. The maritime museum and art gallery are also a few minutes walk away. Friendly helpful staff just a phone call away. Prompt efficient service. Supermarket is in Yarram which is about 12 minutes by car. Yarram is the closest big town for pub meals and other cafes and restaurants. We were here for 3 nights.
