Dr Hamid Narouzi is the best and most professionalist doctor I've ever been too. His medical knowledge is incredible and his attitude is inspirational.
Dr Nav Brar is amazing!! I highly recommend her she is the first doctor I have seen in a long time that actually helped and cared about my wellbeing aswell as not rushing the ap actually talking to me and providing me with helpful details. After seeing Dr Chandana Jayasinghe who was extremely dismissive I left the center crying for how belittled he made me feel as a doctor your job is ment to be to listen and help people not make them feel like they are wasting your time then deny them the medication that they have been put on for the last month because of personal beliefs.
Staff were nice. THEY DIDN'T THAT MENTION THEY ONLY BULK BILL BILL IF YOU'RE A DOLE BLUDGER OR A PENSIONER UNTIL AFTER THE APPOINTMENT GRRRRR
Excellent! Dr. Jayasinghe has been our GP for over 5 years. I can highly recommend this Medical Practice. Very good doctors. Our current rating is 4.5 stars. Only for an occassional long wait time for appointments, I would award 5 stars.
The day after New Years day,the 2nd it is closed but it does not say that.It doesn't open till Thursday the 3rd.And you can guess that the waiting list will be long & with crying kids. Longest wait time waiting whilst needing medication 1 1/2 hours.
Thank you to Dr Woollard for his professional manner and caring and empathetic delivery of service, especially as a new patient. I would highly recommend this clinic.
This practice was suggested to us by neighbours when we recently relocated to Hervey Bay. It is lovely and close to us and the shopping precinct and other health care facilities. The receptionists were friendly and as I had already gone on line and visited their website to hopefully get a doctor that we felt would be a best fit for our family, their staff organised it from that. We were lucky enough to get Dr Nicholas Yim, a young professional with a pleasant and professional delivery. He went through our entire medical history, reviewed all the medical notes we carry with us including our specialist feedbacks. Dr Yim is also a qualified Pharmacist which we thought would be very beneficial since I take heaps of medication for dilated-cardiomyopathy. We havent been disappointed, he told me, nicely, to loose weight which was the kick in the butt I needed and to date has reduced my daily medications by 3 tablets...... and I feel great for it. He was also very supportive in organising specialists for us. We truly feel blessed and along with Dr Yim and the MSMC support we feel well placed to be in great medical care. The staff is great, the facility is clean and fresh with wheelchairaccess and lifts to the upper levels. Plenty of off-street parking and our wait time is normally - 5 minutes but if I have to wait I don't mind because Dr Yim is thorough and you are HIS patient, not just a number, so I know he is dishing out the best care possible.
