I decided to self-gift and knew I wanted an emerald. It was easy to decide to go to Luis, I don't think anywhere else in Perth could offer the range of stones and the service. Picking my stone with Luis was incredibly fun and exciting - he was so good at working with me to find exactly what I wanted. The design process was easy and so much quicker than I had expected, Luis was incredibly responsive. And of course, the final result, the most stunning ring. I'm beyond delighted! Will definitely be back when I next decide to treat myself :)

Luis and Daniela provided an amazing service! I came to them in search of an engagement ring for my fiancé (because she said yes, and probably thanks to the ring :D) after having gone to several other places around the city. I came in with an idea of what I wanted to get and they helped me find something that was simply a million times better than what I could have dreamed. They were understanding of my situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and held the ring for me while I made payments. After the successful proposal we needed to resize the ring, and despite being incredibly busy they managed to get in done in just 24hrs (a whole week ahead of the estimated delivery date). I can’t say enough good things about them. My partner and I will be going through them to purchase our wedding bands as we are incredibly thrilled with their expertise, service, and overall experience! The service provided by Luis at Gemstones WA was incredible. Throughout the entire experience of choosing the stone I wanted, sending through the design and the gradual process of it being made, Luis was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Even throughout Covid, I was sent frequent photos and updates of the ring being created. Once the ring was completed and I was able to collect, it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. A few months later, I proposed to my now fiancée who absolutely adores her ring.
