Best real estate agent ever! Justin was outstanding in managing the sale of our investment property. His many years of experience and his professional and intelligent style put him head and shoulders above the rest. Always helpful and easy to communicate with, he responded to all of our phone calls and emails and questions along the way and his guidance for preparing the property to go on the market was spot on. He is an expert and we followed his advice, including doing the furniture styling package - which looked absolutely amazing and made the house present just beautifully. We were truly impressed with his work and he delivered an outstanding result for the sale. He also offered reassurance and kindness in his manner, when we were unsure of the process. We were completely confident in Justin and would recommend him to others - thank you JT!!!
Friendly and Approachable Nat and Jason sold both my brother and I a house. Based from these experiences we decided to ask them to sell our house. Nat was always very friendly and open about the process and happy to answer any questions. Upfront and Honest Jason explained the process that you go through when selling a house well. Gave us good information about what we should do to the house before selling. He kept us informed when the house went on sale and kept us in the loop of offers being made and gave us advice on how we should proceed. The house went on sale on Wednesday and was sold by Thursday the next week.

A Good Experience Lisa did a good job of managing the process from start to finish. She was able to suggest people who could do some minor repairs, styling etc. She was active in marketing the unit and as a result the auction was well attended with a number of potential buyers.
