A moderately challenging hike not too far from Melbourne. We came on a public holiday so it was quite busy, and we had to park far away from the start of the track. We did the circuit walk, which took us about 3 hours, including a break for lunch and stopping at the lookout points. The signage for the walk is not very good, and we had to use where people were going or coming from as a guide. The walk itself we found to only be quite difficult at the start and at the end, where it got very steep and you had to walk on uneven ground. However the majority of the walk was quite flat and on relatively flat path. The cable section of the walk was busy and hard to give way to people coming from the opposite direction, but a good challenge. There are also a couple of spots along the walk for swimming.

If you want to take the full trek, it's not for the faint-hearted! Durable, with a good grip shoes is also a must! We started from Myers Road Trail Head down to Meikles Point and headed to Werribee Gorge Circuit Walk. It took us about 4 hours...with some stopover at the peak of the mountains. The view was exhilarating! My favourite part was the cabled handrails!

Excellent hike. Make sure to bring plenty of sustenance. Took 4 hours to complete the 10km walk. Great to do with slightly older kids ( we came with an 8 & 10 year old). Bring a towel and change of clothes or bathing suits as there are a couple of spots where you can take a dip in the river.

Really nice spot to relax and enjoy the stream. There is many nice little spots to take photos and video, get some good B-Roll shots. There wasn't much water when I went but enough to dip your feet and sit in. The drive down is small but easy to give way to cars if you drive slow.

It was a great Park for a good invigorating hike, good for beginners but take your time to enjoy the view. It was unexpectedly beautiful spot. Saw Wallabies, Echidna, and many birds. Make sure you wear suitable clothes and footwear as there can be some tricky spots with very loose rock and slippery spots along the path.

Really enjoyed walking the 5km trail (I forget the name), but wasn't quite prepared for how rugged the terrain gets! Thoroughly worthwhile, but also a thorough workout! I'd recommend comfortable walking shoes and maybe a packed lunch to sit and catch your breath halfway. :)

We did 5k hike with our kids. It was bit tough for our 6 year old daughter but our son handled it well. Really good place closer to home. Untouched and peaceful. Good place to visit if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Loved it!

Beautiful walk and watering holes. The pools were so good for a swim after a challenging walk. Anti clockwise from mielke campground recommended to get the hard walking done first
