Good location, just 2 hrs from Sydney. Near beaches and lookouts. Has electric grills, faucets (light needs fixing), laundry area, and hot shower (which we loved). Campgrounds are just the right size. Had a lovely experience here over the Easter holidays!

What an incredible hidden gem! I biked in on my cycle tour of Southern Australia, not sure what to expect. It was worth the extra few kilometers to get to. Gloriously HOT showers, firewood for purchase on site, beautiful vistas, and only a short walk to the most gorgeous beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. With it being mid-week in the winter, there was only one other site occupied, and it was very quiet.

Really nice spot with great access to beaches. Convenient and easy to get to, but still feels like camping. Good facilities like showers and a camp kitchen, and even though we were there in peak time with all spots taken, we never had to line up for facilities. Site was perfect size for 2 people, tent, car and gazebo, but if you're a bigger group you might want to ask for a slightly larger site. Overall a really good spot, I'd definitely go back again.

Mosquitoes, Mosquitoes, Mosquitoes. We got out of the car, took 1 bag out and my wife, kids and I where covered in Mosquitoes. Not nice at all. As for camp-site it wasn't too bad at all had hot showers, and decent space to fit our car and tent. I'm not sure if the Mosquitoes are yr round there but extremely bad last 2 nights 5th of April. Also I read up this place you are aloud camp-fires one of the main reasons we decided to camp here. But when we turned up it was a fire ban. But for no reason at all. Not too happy about that.

Off season visit here so it was clean. Sites were small and close together. No fires at the campsites but that didnt stop the group that were camping near us. Given the amount of signage, rules posted and locked gates after 7 I am guessing that this place turns into a giant party during peak times. It does have a nice array of amenities; kitchen pavilion, hot showers, flush toilets and bunkhouse. It does have a nice proximity to surf beaches as well.

Not bad camping ground. Good security at the entrance . the facilities such as toilet, shower area can do with more frequent cleaning Kitchen area is fairly decent, microwave on site, which is handy. The common area and facilities can do with more maintenance and cleaning. Lack of rubbish bins in kitchen, which leads to a few cans or rubbish laying around from time to time.

The campsite had clean toilets, showers, warm water and dining area but the camping areas were close to each other

I love this place. It's basic - an amenities block, a camp kitchen and some sites for tents, vans and motorhomes. There is a cabin block, but I don't know the arrangement and can't comment to it's state. But this is a State Park campground, not a Big 4. It's surrounded by bushland and beaches. Apparently good surf, but I wouldn't know. Chilled vibes. Never too loud too late when I've been there.
