Thanks to Patioworld for designing & building our new gable roof patio. The job was complicated & big, but Mick & Gary were meticulous & professional in their approach, taking into account our preferences along the way. The finished product is excellent quality & gives a whole new modern look to our yard area. We love it ! Thanks also to Gareth & Anthony for overseeing the project & keeping your customers happy! We are completely delighted with our new patio awning from Patioworld. During construction, Mick & Matt went above and beyond and made every effort to ensure that the end result was perfect, especially some rather fiddly bits that were executed brilliantly. The piece de resistance was the blinds that effectively turn the space into an additional room. In fact, thanks to a gas heater, even during winter we spend most evenings out there and it is a very popular space for the whole family. We totally love it!
Whole process was great. Wayne was informative and very helpful with the initial quote. Brianna was excellent with the invoicing and paperwork. Gary was the installer and considering the hardships of weather on the day, he was fantastic. The patio roof looks great and glad we got it done. Thanks so much to all of you.
Thank you so much Patioworld for designing and creating our new wonderful Patio/Deck. A lot of other companies did not want to assist us with building our dream, as the deck was at height due to the very sloping ground. Patioworld have done an amazing job, from design, getting it through council to creating the finished deck. The support we were given was fantastic. Any question we had was dealt with quickly. Very professional great communication attention to detail is excellent, office staff very efficient, the key to a good business is not only good installers but great office workers as well, you can have a good business but if the office workers aren't up to speed can really make a negative impact on the business. Don't forget your employees at Christmas time. Love love love our new additions to our house so much so I refer to our Pergola area as our new room even though not fully enclosed (just yet) blinds to come at a future date. Our front verandah is so good especially appreciating the roof on verandah right now with constant changing weather conditions of late. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else, the only place to go for your outdoor renovations Thanks to everyone at Patioworld
