I bought Mitsubishi asx, from booking till delivery i was kept informed about status of my delivery because of pandemic, especially Mr saleem from sales department he was so helpful from start till end. On delivery day all the paper work was so smooth and easy. Mr Saleem explained all the features of the vehicle including servicing and warranty in so much depth. I love Thompson Mitsubishi and i got a really good deal as compared to other dealerships and saved a lot of money. I strongly recommend Thompson Mitsubishi for buying new cars. Shahzad

Bad Bad customer service. The salesman was good, until we meet the manager. Never before met such rude manager. It seems to me that this manager don't know the meaning of customer service. I felt sorry for the salesman the way he was spoken to by his manager. Lost trust with this dealership. I have no choice but to select 1 star to proceed with this post. I can't even put 1 star for this dealership.
