I found Dr Neds Computers to be excellent. The work is done promptly, at a fantastic rate, and with the time taken to clearly inform me about the work being done as well as various helpful suggestions made with regard to options to help improve efficiency. I have never felt like just another 'number' at Dr Neds, but as a highly valued customer regardless of how big or small the job. I especially value the fact that I come away feeling well looked after, never ripped off, well informed, well supported should I have the need for ongoing support when I get home, and am so happy to have found a great technician who I feel I can fully trust and know genuinely has my best interests at heart when working on my machines.
