We used to love it here until my son had a really bad ear infection. we booked and confirmed an appointment and on arriving was asked the standard covid questions. I silly enough told the truth and said my boy was fine had coughed a couple of times but completely well other than the ear infection that we just need a script for antibiotics. They asked us to wait outside my poor boy crying his head off. we then got a call from the doctor saying he was refusing to treat my son because he heard he had a cough. So much for the hypocratic oath! The manager of the clinic told us it was the doctors call on if they are to treat a patient or not and my wife had to go to the walk in clinic in Oxenford and wait an hour or so with the poor boy in pain to get a script. Absolutely discussing and we will never go back again MedCentres Pacific Pines

Lovely reception staff who have always gone above and beyond to accomodate. Last week i came in with my toddler who needed to be changed before our appointment, the receptionist Hannah helped me carry my bags to the baby change room and and helped occupy her as she could see i was struggling and quite stressed. Will definitely be going back here. Thank you!! :)

Best practice on the coast ! The doctors are highly competent and the service is incredible. Especially commend Josh the receptionist for attending to my queries aptly. Dr Raju is very experienced and thorough. Would highly recommend to my friends, family and anyone seeking medical advice.

Fantastic Medical Centre, very professional, great Nurses, staff and Drs, the best on the coast!!! I do think it would have to be the busiest Med Centre around so good idea to book in advance as I've found they book up very quickly, such a hard working team, i highly recommend.

This facility is amazing! The drs are some of the best on the gold coast, I could not fault them or any of the services they provide. The nursing staff are very knowledgeable and theres also a pathology inside the building which is so convenient. Unfortunately the thing that lets this amazing practice down is the reception staff. They are so rude and condescending. EXTREMELY unhelpful and did I mention RUDE. They do a huge injustice to the hard working doctors and nurses of this practice.

Dr Bonnie Darlow, is such a lovely, caring and genuine person. Incredibly down to earth and easy to talk to, which makes consults great and this also makes it easy to level with Dr Bonnie and talk about difficult topics. Highly recommend :)

Floyd Graveling

Troy nice guy but shouldn't be a doctor. Been there multiple times for ankle fractures and never referred to get xrays upon going to another doctor turns out I did have a fracture. Also turned me away from a sleeping problem I've had since birth and said was due to weight.
