Came down to get a new battery for the Merc Saturday morning. Wayne checked the existing battery, recommended which battery to purchase, installed the new battery and reprogrammed the car to the new battery. Would highly recommend Oxenford Battery World. By the way, took all of 15 minutes. Thanks again Wayne. Your the man.
They sold me a faulty product. I had the receipt and the box the product came in. But they refused to give me a refund for the faulty product they sold me. They tried to give me another unit of the same product as a replacement. I told them that the product itself was faulty, and I didn’t want a replacement. Both Wayne and the manager were very rude to me. I got them to test the unit they tried to give me as a replacement. It turned out that the unit didn't work, as I had already expected. Then they picked up another unit of the same product off the shelf and forced me to take it as a replacement, and they refused to give me a refund. I took it home, and of course, the replacement product didn't work. So, they took my 100 and gave me a product that's faulty and doesn't work. I won't recommend anyone to go there, because they will sell you products that don't work and then refuse to give you refund.
