Jim the owner as an amazing man, I take my car, my daughters and my granddaughters car to him and I won’t ever be going anywhere else. The boys have serviced, done a road worthy and I have had new tyres put on our cars. The service is awesome and the boys are always friendly and will go above and beyond to help. In all my years of driving and taking cars to be fixed this place is the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Jim and the boys for the high quality of there work.
Jim was great. I wrecked my car and I knew nothing about cars and pricing in general, but he and his team were honest and straightforward, really helped fixed it in no time and the final cost was lower than quoted. Jim was very patient with me when we were trying to set up my payment plan too.
This workshop is honest, very reasonably priced and always willing to help out if your in a jam. Up to date with today's technologies accompanied by old school values.
Ultra Tune Wyndham Vale servicing my car since they opened business and that is long time ago now, over 15 years I think. In 2010 they installed second engine on my car, 2890 i think for Toyota Camry CSI 2.2 1998 model. When i asked Scott and Pino , how many kilometers car will do, they said about 130 000 km. Well, its 10 years now with second engine I done so far 203 000 km, fantastic. I just wonder if they knew that, but did not want to get my hopes up too high. I can not be more happy. They tuned car to perfection, I went to like entrance and back with one tank of petrol (840 km). Another thing , for 4 years I did not service car, just changed oil my self. Now in about a week, i have booked car there to be serviced, check camshaft belt etc before it snaps....I wonder what they gonna tell me, hehe (where have you being)
I have trusted Jim and his team with my cars for almost 10 years. Jim personally rebuilt my mustang engine, and have recently trusted Jim and his young team with my Ferrari ( not the standard cars you would take to an Ultratune). I didn't take them to Ultratune, I took them to Jim. You can also be sure to trust his young team, informative, generous with there time, and clearly well trained....Finding a trusted mechanic is bloody hard, you can be confident with these guys.
I dropped the tyre to repair the puncture. Went back to fit it next day and told to come after one hour for 5 minute job to put on and still charged 30. Must be expensive around
Took my car to get a roadworthy was all good. One month later, took it back once we had a buyer, didn't drive the car at all and they said u owe us 1000 for 4 brand new tires. Absolute animals. Don't know who the lazy mechanic was that didn't pick up on it the first time but we usually take all 3 of our cars there for a service and this is the service we got. Unbelievable. Congratulations u lost our business. All 3 cars.
