Michael was awesome. Professional and friendly at the same time. After explaining my problem he was spot on to describe the pain I was feeling! Which is very reassuring when you are about to put your body into someone's hands. I have been to many osteo but he is the first to give me easy quick exercises to keep my back and shoulders healthy.
