What a gentleman Mark Osborne is. I went in with a twenty year old tape which had solidified due to humidity in several countries and bad storage. Mark went above and beyond to try and repair the tape which was an impossible task. He did get manage to recover a couple of minutes of video footage which brought back some treasured memories. Best of all, Mark didn't charge me a cent for his time. Appreciate all your work, mate. Will be back someday!

I called Mark for a quote and went to drop off the tapes within the hour. He gave me a 3 day waiting period but got the conversion within 1.5 days. He also gave me some advice about storing my old camcorder tapes to help preserve them in the future. He also said that he would keep hold of my data for 2 weeks just incase we misplaced it.
