After being laid off from my travel-related job due to COVID; I’ve entered the world of construction as a complete noob - and I mean total noob! What could have easily been a daunting and demoralizing experience wandering into a tool shop, actually proved to be an exhilarating one. I was served by Ben who was willing and able to craft his communication at my small-child level of understanding! Respectful, friendly and super helpful in assisting me to get kitted out with the tools I needed. Total Tools O’Connor will be the only place I source my tools from!

This is my first time to Total Tools. My impression is that the staff is friendly and really helpful. He greeted me when I came into the store and helped me to find what I have been looking for although I could not find it as it was sold out.
