Just had possibly the best retail experience I've had in years, worked out an online order but the bike I was looking at was in store only, they were happy to hold the bike for me, and a set of pedals and shoes in my size, then spent a good 25 mins with me setting the bike up and running through it with me. Put the extra time in so I could practically pedal out the door if I wanted too. Made the swap from mountain to road bike entirely seamless. Would highly recommend the shop and wilko

I purchased a “tail-gator”, I got home to set it up, but had no tools and felt overwhelmed. I returned back to 99 cycles (on a Saturday no less) and was greeted by a young gentleman called Ryan. He was so professional and polite. I would have not been able to do this on my own. Later that day my family and I went for our first family bike ride. It meant a lot for my family and I.Thank you to Ryan and the commitment to customer service!

Excellent, friendly staff with good advice and knowledge, without any 'pushy' sales tactics. Even though they were busy, it didn't take long until a satff member enquired if I needed any asistance. Bought the the best, appropriate bike for my needs (via online after visiting their store) and was advised within the hour that the bike was ready for collection at my convenience. At this stage, I can highly recommend 99 Bikes in O'Connor for any one seeking a new bike (especially if you're a novice like myself). Good work 99 Bikes!!
