It's not what a business does when things go right that should be judged but what happens when there's an issue. We got a good condition washing machine for a good price and it has worked fine. We had an issue with a dryer and it was promptly replaced with the 6 month warranty honored. That's really all that should matter. You always take a risk when you buy second hand, and their warranty helps mitigate this risk. Would recommend. Thanks
