Cmk electrical and data sent out two of their technicians to fix a problem we had with our tv signal they were very professional from the moment we booked with confirmation text messages and a call and text on the day to advise on the way. They are clear with there prices and even cleaned up after the job very happy highly recommend and thank you again
Electrician was a nice guy who carried out the computer cabling job (putting cable from modem to the next room) competently and neatly. BUT 1.They had also been booked 3 days previously and cancelled at the last minute so I had to shut the business down twice. 2.He came half an hour late this time (not a big problem) 3.1061 for 2 and a half hours work for one guy is just too much. Sparkys just don't cost 350 to 400 dollars per hour! (I was told prior that there would be a significant charge for a quote if I didn't go through with it, and I wanted the job done by the end of the month so I was stuck). I don't blame the tradesman as he was obviously working to company policy. Look elsewhere if you have a budget.
Though delayed by an earlier job, Chris and Beau assured us by regular contact that the job would be completed on the day promised. Great work by Beau, moving power points and TV aerial outlet in an older home. He finished with us at 8:30 pm, always cheerful and obviously very professional. We'll done, Cmk!
We couldn't get through to optus 4 days in a row to fix our internet connection. CMK responded in less than 5 mins and came same day to fix my problem. Love them. A bit costly but worth it at the end.
Chris arrived on time and was professional and polite. He communicated clearly each step of the process so we understood all of the issues and costs.
