I really like this company, it helped me a lot. When I first arrived Australia with a working holiday visa, I didn't have money, and I was working in a restaurant as a dishwasher. I had to do uber and other food delivery in order to survive in this big city. My friend told me this company, they gave me phone holder, food delivery bag, lock, helmet for ebike all for free! I rented for three weeks, the bike worked really really well. I always used it to travel between the city and Richmond. Three months later, I was lucky enough to get a flyer distributing job in Drivers Plus company. I am grateful that this company not only gave me a chance to survive but also offered me work in the end! I am so grateful to this company and I hope many of you guys can know Drivers Plus, it could save you not only money, but also time!

These guys literally took money from my account after 2 months of returning the vehicle, they do not delete you account and card details, they take it for pre payment of rent and stuff but even after 2 months someone took 78 from my ACC without any permission with the name AMAZON.UK. They tried 3 more times to take away the money but fortunately I blocked my card in COM Bank app. I will definitely report this incident as soon as I am back in Melbourne.

If I could give 0 star, I would give it, the company that didn't deserve even 1 star. No system is working properly. The scooter I rented was stolen and they turned this into an advantage for them. Despite the small damages to the scooter, they took the entire deposit(390) and asked for another 300 extra. There is no real insurance in their vehicles and they do not grant you any rights in such cases. There are many other problems, long story short DO NOT RENT! I rented it thinking it was cheap, but it's a big mistake. Do not do it. Lastly, especially the man who works in the mechanical service is the most rude person in this planet. This is just a waste of money.

Best service in Melbourne. Scooters are in the best condition. Great offer as well. It’s been a pleasant journey with diver plus. Strongly recommend.
