Excellent people. And it really saddens me about the bad review and I'm sorry they had that experience as my case was the polar opposite..Always considerate of our situation never once did we feel pushed into anything. EVERYTHING they said to us was exact. The talk the money the lot. Not once did we feel left out. Admittedly I'd panic every now and then as I was in a bad way but a phone call to Hayley always put my mind at ease.
