I needed my bike reassembled after having it shipped interstate. The team at 99 Bike North Lakes were able to take it the day I rang and inquired and had it ready within 2 hours. At lot faster than expected. All staff I encountered were super friendly. Will be back again for any of my future bike needs.
I recently purchased my mt bike and a car lack with some additional gears which I needed from 99 Bikes North lakes. Paul was awesome to help me out. He recommended me the gear what I needed for a riding step by step within kindness for almost 2hours. Lastly, he was happy to set up all the equipment I bought on my bike for all good to ride! ie: a water bottle lack, lights, car lack etc.. I highly recommended Paul. He was helpful and very understanding. :)

We were very happy with the service we had from Rachel today. We are both in retail ourselves and really appreciate the help she gave us, her knowledge and patience are first rate.
