Such interesting history, particularly in these current times of global pandemic. We were greeted by a friendly volunteer guide and then spent an hour wandering the site by ourselves and reading the information signs. Be aware the entry road is a narrow, winding gravel affair, but don't let it out you off.

We I must say this is a very interesting place to visit with some very interesting things to see and read the caretakers on site have a lot of knowledge about the place as well. Well worth the visit if you go to the island. To read some of the information on what happened to the men from the war where put though when they came back.

Fantastic place to visit for an appreciation of the effects of a global pandemic after WW1. Great to chat to the volunteer caretakers who do a fantastic job - a top attraction on Bruny Island!!

Great Bill gave us a very good briefing on the history etc. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable which helped enormously to understand the histories. Great place and the bay was a good anchorage for us. The dinghy dock is a great asset. Thanks for all of it.

Nice secluded old quarantine station. Information about your surroundings is largely brief - however was still worth shuffling around the site for an hour or so.
