This place is putrid, dust covers every piece of equipment, food all over the floor and just run down not looked after. Don’t waste your money.

Love this place. It’s the perfect size to be able to keep an eye on your kids. It has free wifi and comfy couches for the parents to relax on. It’s never super busy or loud when I’ve been so that’s also a bonus. It could do some more toilets but apart from that its great and the kids absolutely love it!
Had my sons first birthday party last weekend 19th December and was appalled at literally everything. The staff were disgusting the centre itself was putrid the party gave literally a nugget or two and some chips - this is supposed to be a child friendly place and I found the entire centre to be disgusting. We arrived to set up the party the place was filthy with left over food on the floor. My partner called to inform them of our unhappiness and they were next to nothing helpful nor sorry about anything. As last week progressed every single child and almost all adults have come down with a case of gastro like sickness. This is filthy and by far the most disgusting use of a centre, I urge all people even considering a visit to think again and go elsewhere.
Had my son's 1st Birthday party here & loved it! Did the private venue hire and I have to say it was worth doing because all our guests were more than comfortable and all the kids had a BALL! I received a lot of compliments on the venue from our guests and John and his team were very accommodating and helpful before, during and after the event. Would highly recommend if you have a huge family but not a lot of space to do a home party like us! Loved it! Thank you Playmaze Narellan! Will post up pics as soon as I have them.
Equipment is older but everything is well maintained. Very good price for entry in comparison to other play centres. Nice and quiet during the week days for younger kids. Staff member was friendly. Will be returning soon.
My toddler escaped from the enclosure today and was crawling on the top (not far off from a fatal fall). My friend and I managed to get hold off his feet and find the reared mesh to get him back in. The staff on duty quickly cable tied the rip up but offered no sympathy or sorry. So lucky for me he was ok. I hope they do their safety checks more often to ensure their old equipment is maintained in the future!
Went to Playmaze to try it out, will never go again. The place was filthy - equipment was black with dirt, looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks, dirty plates and cups on most tables that must have been there for ages since the place was empty. Us and 1 other family only. The staff member must have sat out the back the whole time we were there as he was nowhere to be found. The lounge I went to sit in smelled like dirty nappies. Still Christmas decorations up. We wash our kids hands and left! Do not recommend!!!
Dirty facilities, badly run. Lacking interpersonal skills when dealing interacting with children. One star is too much but unfortunately the lowest option. Would not recommend this place.
