Dan Stevens

Has no concept of customer service. Asked a question and he walked away to shift some tyres. I asked it again, and was told this is it. No discussion at all. I walked out.

I sent an email to Maxim trailers asking some questions about an Off Road box trailer model that I was keen on purchasing. A few months have passed and I never received a reply. I have since been told that Maxim trailers are made in China. If that's true, I'm not interested anyway. I'm in no mood to support the economy of that authoritarian dictatorship after their recent bullying behaviour towards Australia. Happy to pay whatever it takes to buy Australian made. I'm giving one star for wasting my time.

All good, canopy is as good as you will get for them money. Staff not what you would call enthusiastic,however still ok. Asked about clamps or fixing down methods,they told me to go to ebay for that. So they only supply what you see on the add nothing more,however for the price its a good product.

Ordered a set of mud flaps which were supposed to arrive on 8th / 9th Nov. When they still hadn't arrived a week later I opened a case with ebay and the seller responded with a wait until Thursday 15th Nov. , and if they still hadn't arrived he would either send another set or refund my money. Responded via Ebay with nil response from Ebay or sender. Phoned the sender direct who then refused to send another set and said to pursue my refund through Ebay, which I have now done. Nil stars for this company due to a poor attitude, and and for not honouring their original offer to resupply the item.
