I live in Singleton and bought a freezer online. The next day HN Muswellbrook rang to check that I knew there would be a 2 week wait for stock to be delivered (I did). They called again when the stock arrived to confirm a delivery date and window, then the driver called to confirm when they were 30 mins away. Outstanding customer service. I'll be going through these guys in the future instead of Rutherford.

Lol the fly on the wall cold experience at HN yet again; while 2-3 store people served one, others standing around discussing their private/social lives, older women distinctly cold n unhelpful but big thanks to the one lovely helpful & friendly young girl who found the PC guys.

I went to the Muswellbrook store to purchase a new laptop, the staff member I spoke to told me she knew about computers, I asked her what laptops have quad core processers now, as things have changed since I purchased my last one, she walked around looking at the description on the laptops on display, obviously had absolutely no idea. I was very disappointed as all the other times I have shopped there the staff have been helpful.
