After 45 years of shaving with foam and manual razor, I was very sceptical about the efficiency of the electrical razor. Gianni, the owner, proposed to me a Panasonic 3 blades razor, not expensive. he explained to me how to use it and how to do the proper maintenance. I must say that this razor is amazing. It shaves really well and deep, like a manual razor, and it doesn't irritate the skin. I have used it doing both dry and wet shaving, and it is fantastic. Thank you Gianni for your advice.

Took me weeks to get in contact because they never pick up the phone. Then I finally get in touch and ask about getting my razor sharpened. He tells me they close at 4pm, even though Google says 5.30pm. Fine. I show up at 3pm and they're closed. Waste of time. Thanks for nothing. I'll find somewhere else, or just buy a new razor online. Anything that doesn't involve me giving these people my patronage.
This shop has high quality products which together with the informed expert advice available makes shopping there a pleasure. Great old fashioned service which is nowadays so hard to find!!!!
This is a mr n mrs run place that is so dodgy. They wont tell you about their policies and when u go for service or to return an item, they treat you a paying customer as second rate citizens. The item I bought says complimentary razors with purchase which i never received. abysmal customer service whe taking peoples hard earned dollars No amount of excuses redeem poor customer service
disgusting behaviour telling my mum who is a tourist lady happily enjoy herself by taking photos in London court as a tourist always do. the old lady from the shop jumped outside yelled at my mum said no photos. there is no sign says :no photos. how rude the lady is !
Bought a quality razor and shaving brush recently and received good service and advice. This is a great shop, reminiscent of something in Via Condotti or Burlington Arcade. There is nowhere else in Perth with this range of quality shaving and grooming products.

Good customer service but he acts like a proper salesman pressuring to buy something ,no price tags on anything because its way over priced. Bought his top of the range razor 140 bucks or something then seen it online for 110. "top of the range my hole!"I ended up' buying a 40 buck kit from across the road with a mini razor and its way better
