Poor service. The cartridge was sold empty. I wonder if I could get a refund. It happened before sometime ago, and I was not smart enough to argue when the shop assistant told me it is my printer fault.

Bought some ink the other day, and from the guys recommendation bought what I thought would be a fairly good choice. However once home and ink now in printer, was astounded to realise that after just 8 pages of printing the ink well ran dry. Confusion plus plus plus as the guy in the shop gave me a 500% recommendation that it was the best ink. I then proceeded to return the ink only to be told must be your printer, well my printer is new and if it was the printer I would be very surprised as has worked well up to now and when another ink cartridge (another brand) was put in printer worked well again. The guy then started to get quite arrogant and nasty and then refused a refund still stating it is the printer not my ink. I have since found out by other people he fills his ink cartridges and every one of the people that spoke to me have said they too had a dry ink run with his cartridges and again no refunds. Please DO NOT support this company if they do not back their products and are not willing to refund what does not work. Probably would go out of business due to the amount of refunds they would have to do. Not the nicest person working in the shop, maybe they need to change jobs if they are so unhappy. Doesn't even rate the one star but would not let me post until I clicked on at least one star. Go figure, How a employee can ruin a business.
Love the store polite staff clean and friendly . You can also buy pre used computers at great prices
Cheap options with refills of ink
Not Very Helpful Find The Cartridge Was Not Great Quality And The Ink Is Almost Empty And We Only Did 1 Print And He Say It My Print Fault. Do Not Buy Your Cartridges And Print Stuff Here. The Guy Was Very arrogant.

Great off street parking right out the front, fantastic friendly customer service by John. I originally paid 120 for brand new cartridges at Office Works, Cartridge World refilled our empty cartridges for 60 (saved 60 each cartridge on our particular cartridge). Save your money, support local business, refill your empty cartridges at cartridge world Morphett Vale.
Generic cartridge didnt work so was offered a genuine as replacement (which would be fair under consumer law) then when I went to pick it up was told it would cost extra which I could not afford as was not told about so asked for a refund but was only offered a partial refund and when I accepted that it was taken away and forced to pay extra or walk away with nothing. Poor service like this is why businesses fail.
