Troy investigated why our solar power system was not working, replaced the inverter and took steps to ensure the same problem doesn't happen again. He was happy to explain in detail what had happened, and how to avoid it. He answered all calls (or replied immediately), service was fast, efficient and with photos to show the work before and after. Will definitely use Protec again.
