Large range of products. However, the store was cluttered and confusing. It’s hard to support local when businesses like One Stop Bar Shop inflate their prices an extraordinary amount. Shop elsewhere online. You will find the same products cheaper. “Karen” at the front desk (Sue) could use a fresh new attitude.

I have found Direct Hospitality Supplies have a good range of products, I however found one of the female staff very rude both over the phone and in store over just asking if an item was in stock or any general question around beer brewing I was told to look at the website multiple times. I miss one stop bar shop as they provided great customer service. I will be ordering my supply's from kegland.com.au as they have fantastic prices and customer service.
Excellent click & collect service. My order was collected from the car park within one hour of payment. Very easy ordering & payment process. Highly recommended for Mornington Peninsula customers. Support your local businesses.

Different pricing online as to the shop! Staff member explains that I'm paying the extra for his service and the online order pickers have cheaper wages. He would have spent less time serving me compared to the staff picking and packing an order. My last visit to here!
