Try a local glass repair shop. I got quoted over 900 for a job and after shopping around got the same thing for 400. They try to justify the high price because they offer insurance on it? Why bother paying that much extra when another company will do it exactly the same. Its not like a new window is going to fall off in the wind.

My rearview mirror fell off and we decided maybe try O'Brien for help, although we arrived 30 minutes before their store opening hour they still helped us re-mount the mirror and didn't even charged us. They were friendly and down to earth, the whole thing took less than a couple of minutes. They will definitely be the place I'll go to if I ever need work done for my car windows or mirrors.
Called for a quote to R & R rear screen. )Pretty basic request) After answering 200 questions and trying to tell Daniel what the car and model is several times, he still couldn't listen and understand what a W114 is? He was asking was it a 124 or a 126. All they seemed to be interested in was all of my details and couldn't find the car on their system to quote only LABOUR on? Kick the screen out and refit it only. There were no parts to source or quote on. Given his attitude when I told him he didn't listen - he put me on hold. I wont be ever calling O'Briens again. P.S. If you read the reply from O'Briens - they still did not read the complaint. I DIDN'T WANT TO ORDER GLASS - I only wanted a labour quote to R & R the rear screen - FFS. Talk about not listening !!!
I've got the best experience and help from people here at Bankstown. Would like to take advantage to thank the booking team behind the booking process, staff called Mikey superbly helpful, unlike the first lady who did the booking for me at the first place with no helpful manner, sadly I did not remember her name. Thank you for your service and w will definitely come back here doesn't matter how far I'm from.

I went to repair my windscreen 2 days ago. Luke pleasantly asked to park on the right spot,from there onwards explained,discussed options and all the work done in one day. He was excellent. At the end of the service I asked his name as he was so efficient and make customers comfortable.
