I got a lockwood 002 deadlatch installed and I must say that starting from the quick quote to finishing the installation Lyndon has been very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and an expert in the trade. He is very polite and will explain you how stuff works. Most importantly, the price is reasonable and the quality of work speaks for itself. I will highly recommend Muellers Locksmiths!!

We got Muellers Locksmith and instantly got connected. Lyndan spoke professionally and without explaining much he knew what we want. Amazed with response time from call to technician (Chris) getting home and straight to the job. Chris run down me what he is going to do and how long it will take to finish and he was spot on in the end. Time, cost and quality equation of the job was perfect for Chris. Personally, I haven't seen so much dedication and commitment and emasculate customer service in a long time. I asked to check some extra locks of windows and doors which was not part of his scope and he still get the job done without asking more money and I got really surprised. Chris and this business is value for money and quality!!!!

So today I called up as I needed 2 locks fixed. Lyndon was there within 1 1/2 hours. Great job, lovely bloke. Amazing price for what needed doing. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Will definitely be calling him again if I need any lock jobs done!

Lyndon & Chris earned their 5 stars by arriving on time, from Liverpool to Pennant Hills, and doing a great job. They were in and out in 10 minutes. Their long experience very much reflected in their work. I’ve had tradies spending more time talking and fiddling with their mobiles than doing actual work. Lyndon & Chris wasted no time.
