For the past 6months I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with Fernwood Liverpool and am so dissatisfied, especially with their customer service. They offer no adjustments and show lack of compassion for their members especially in a time like this. They claim they are a small business but are just money-hungry, with no regard to your health goals or health journey. I have explained multiple times that both my own health and work responsibilities have changed due to COVID-19 and still they offer no leeway, other options and worst of all, show no compassion. I am following through with formal complaints as other gyms and franchises across Sydney have been more understanding of their members' situations and Fernwood really should've followed suit. Will not be recommending Fernwood Liverpool to anyone. No wonder their rating is a fail, just like their establishment.

Fernwood has it all ..including a passionate owner. Want 24 hr access? Want classes? Want personal trainers? Want a large range of equipment? Want to sit down and relax? I love Fernwood! There are so many classes available to choose from which are great fun. The gym may be smaller than others but there is still plenty of equipment to use and it has everything that I ever need. The staff are lovely and the changerooms are always clean. It's all worth the money you pay!

Robbers! . They Say not join fee but charge you for key 300 ! Keep away from this gym. Owner only want to make more money. Lack of Classes , child minding never available. The worst gym !
