This is the biggest rubbish garage doors. Don't buy these doors. Nothing but problems. Was told they had bad employees and made me pay for their problems. Buy B and D doors better quality and 5 year warranty

We have taken out 2 single garage doors and had them replaced with 1 double door. Lewis Welch was the sales rep who measured and quoted our job. As we had to do quite a bit of work before our door was installed, Lewis came back and re-checked the measurements. Zorin and his off-sider then did the installation which took them 3 hours from beginning to end. He cleaned up his work space before he left (which some tradies do not do) and the door works very well. The windows at the top give us extra light in the garage and it runs smoothly and quietly. Thank you Doorworks for a great job.
Lewis was fantastic, certainly new his product and what was needed for the job. Smooth experience from start to finish. A big shout out to Zoran who fitted the door and the care and quality of his work. Left the job site clean and tidy. The door is a panel lift, 5.2m long with the added wifi feature.
The concerning issue revolved around the replacement of a garage door, contacting various companies resulted in the response that the garage door was unable to be replaced due to difficulties. Their response contained inconsiderate actions. However, the friendly and reassuring presence of Lewis attended my home conducting measurements in terms of the definite capability in replacing the door. Shoutout to Zoran who spared the time to gather the required equipment and resources to successfully replace the garage door. Throughout the process, conductions were precise, consistent and accurate. The workplace was left clean. Thank you.
Where do I start. Contractor arrives but with just the man and his son, struggled to unload the roller door off the ute. I had to assist. I went out for an hour only to find on my return, they mounted posts contrary to the quoted position. I agreed on a compromise after the salesman checked his quote. Installers ran out of diesel in their ute on my driveway. Roller door was installed, but later on the motor would only lift the door a few inches then struggle then switch off. The company representatives firstly, blamed it on door spring tension. That adjustment failed as the same issue occurred later in the evening. Second up they suggested a faulty motor, which was not evidenced. Third diagnosis, the the weight of the door due to the commercial gauge steel. Door is removed. Door is remade with a lighter gauge. Another 2 weeks goes by. Day is set for installation and I remind them that I wont be present that day. Door is installed at some stage that day. My wife arrives home to find skid marks along the driveway. She inspects the door and finds a large dent and scraps in its installed position. ( It appears the installers struggled to lift it off the truck - without incident. FFS.....nothing learnt the first time around). Photos were forwarded to DW , together with my expression of disgust at the poor workmanship, failed product function and communication from the representatives. I asked for them to remove it and return all money, which they did. And to add to it all, the lady on the telephone knows little about customer service. At your own risk people !! Very bad service. Door been installed long time ago . Unfortunately still waiting for remotes for garage door
I contacted Doorworks and Edi was there on my doorstep on that same day. I received fully itemised quote by mail the next couple days. I accepted the quote. They were extremely efficient and the result was incredible. Would highly recommend them if you are considering a garage door
We have used Doorworks on several occasions to provide us quotes for garage doors. At all times the quotes were delivered promptly (usually within 24 hours), were price competitive and easy to read.
