Incompetent staff. Led by incompetent Principals. No wonder McGrath offices on Sunshine Coast have such a bad reputation.
Property managers should always follow up with their tenants regarding any reported maintenance issues to ensure all inclusions of the property are serviceable and in good repair. Relying on the word of tradesmen can lead to a breakdown in communication and misunderstandings. Hopefully this constructive criticism will assist the team at Mcgrath in identifying areas to improve their customer service and attention to detail.

What an office.. I have visited both Buderim and Mooloolaba and the service was 5 Star from both and all my queries were answered.
