Not only did I get the bike of my dreams with Andrew and his team the service was seamless - swift, efficient, great communication. Seriously amazing work for busy people who know what they want and don't have a lot of time. I don't as a rule do reviews but wanted to on this occasion as I was blown away by how easy the team made the purchase.
Had a lovely experience at Electric Bikes, such a large selection of ebikes, but I picked out the most beautiful one, the Cannondale Quick Neo, so light and totally has that ‘wow’ factor, my first ride down the street and I was instantly in love! And my size was in stock, ready for me to ride away, which I did! The service from Andrew and the team there was supremely efficient, I would highly recommend!
Walking into the EBB nerve centre, is like walking into a Lolly shop; ‘ I will have one of those and one of those and one of those please ‘. Before you enter the customer friendly EBB business centre, or web site, you may have an idea on what you are looking for but not sure; then you are either greeted on line or in store, by happy people that obviously enjoy their work, and can definitely help steer you in the right direction. You are talking to real people, like Jill & Sam, who are the ultimate professionals, and extremely knowledgeable on the bikes / products they promote. All done with a genuine interest in matching your personal needs or desires, with something within their wide range, even if it means down selling, to ensure, you the customer, have the best fit for purpose bike, according to your objective or budget. I write this testimonial as a retired national sales / marketing manager, who now is enjoying life as a mature surfie / ebike enthusiast; I say ‘ WELL DONE EBB CREW ‘, ten out ten, keep on keeping on !
Best Customer Service from Start to Ride! I had been trying to get hold of a small electric MTB for some months with no luck and I am based in Sydney, so logically called and visited all the places nearby first. Then I saw an ad for EBB and thought I would give them a call. I spoke with Andrew, who said he did not have anything in my size at the moment but would take down my details. A lot of people do this but never follow up. A few weeks later I received a call from Andrew saying that he had seen one of the bikes I wanted 'pop' up on the distributor's catalogue. I was very impressed that he had called me back and when I wanted spec's and details, he promptly sent these through. I put in an order and Andrew updated me along the way, even informing me when my bike would be packed and sent. The service was out of this world. Main things were: honesty, accuracy, great communication, great sales and post sales advice and support. I would definitely buy from these guys again and would have no hesitation with recommending them to anyone in the market for an electric bike. A specific call out to Andrew - thank you and I love my bike.
Experts on all things e-bikes! I first experienced this store via the BCC ebike taster session and was super excited by the range of bikes on offer. I checked out my local bike stores but came back to Electric Bikes Brisbane to buy. They asked all the right questions and guided me towards my final purchase. They were happy to let me try a variety of bikes at the store and the post sales service so far has been amazing. Highly recommend!!
Terrible customer service. Visited their to purchase an ebike and the guy simply asked me to leave as they’ve got appointment system. He didn’t even let me wonder around the shop to have look at options. I’m not sure if that’s how a customer should be treated looking to spend over 5k
