Less than a week after ordering my PS of Sweden Bridle, it had arrived in Canberra and I was astounded with the quality and customer service I received. Beautiful range of products at good prices. Also accept direct bank transfer which is fantastic! Ordered a saddle pad in early December 2019. Didn't get updated on the order status so messaged and emailed. When Alinta responded via Facebook Messenger she promptly resolved the issue and will be sending my order out today. She kindly gave me store credit for my inconvenience as well. Although response was slightly delayed, it was great and friendly customer service. Will be shopping from here again and I look forward to it. I appreciate the courtesy and thorough explanation of what was going on. Thank you LaNoir Saddleworld!
